As any of Sedona’s concierges will tell you, you’re certain to remember an evening at Savannah’s Restaurant as a high point of your stay.
Located right on Sedona’s main thoroughfare, with plenty of parking, Savannah’s has become a local favorite as well as a delightful discovery for the town’s many visitors.
Upon walking in the door, you’ll be warmly greeted at Savannah's , welcoming you like family. Whether you’ve come for a casual night out, an intimate romantic splurge, or a boisterous celebration, we will find the perfect space for you. At almost any time of the year, a marvelous choice is to dine al fresco. Savannah’s boasts an old-growth grove that also surrounds an historic cabin that once served as Sedona’s first sheriff’s station.
Once you’re settled, you might also receive a visit from restaurant namesake Savannah Heit, the sunny nine year-old daughter of Executive Chef Lauren Levinson.
Taking in your surroundings, you’ll find that Savannah’s interior is designed to soothe, with low lighting, comfortable seating and warm wall colors of mauve, copper, maroon and deep avocado. If you’ve come for an early dinner, large arched windows frame the restaurant’s lush gardens, beyond which you can revel in the Arizona sun as it sets behind majestic Thunder Mountain.
As the evening darkens, the expert lighting brings into high focus the bold pieces in Savannah’s current art exhibition. You’re encouraged to stroll around and enjoy the original work, and if you fall in love with one, they’re all for sale.

If you visit on a Thursday, Friday or Saturday, Randy J’s remarkable live guitar will delight your ears – it’s worth the trip just to see him play two guitars at once! On Monday and Tuesday evenings you can hear the familiar sounds of songs from over the years with Dick Curtis. Sundays are reserved for JD Duncan and his guitar.
As you enjoy warm, homemade bread with an herbed olive oil dip and, perhaps, a cocktail from the premium bar, an experienced server will discuss with you your dining options. Following a wide range of delectable appetizers, fresh salads, or a made-from-scratch soup to start, the entrée menu will tempt you with everything from USDA Prime steaks and other high-end meats to just-flown-in seafood and a la minute pastas, prepared to order by chef Lauren and her professional staff.
All the servers are also thoroughly educated about the restaurant’s wine list and beverage manager Steve Tedrick is almost always available to discuss the wines in detail. Savannah’s offers one of Sedona’s largest by-the-glass selections, and Steve has assembled a remarkable bottle assortment, featuring mid-range bottles that drink like boutique vintages.
